My name is Rachel D. and I started this blog in 2008 to share my adventures with others. I love to write about anything and everything that crosses my path. I have a B.S. in Journalism and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. I am a certified life coach, fitness instructor, and personal trainer. I am also the creator of the blog, “Golds Tech Ridge”.
I got into blogging about two years ago after reading various blogs and seeing that people were interested in writing about it.
I started this blog in 2008 because I was always interested in fitness and was always drawn to fitness blogs. I have always had a fascination with technology and technology blogs. I love to talk about the newest and coolest stuff that I find. I love to talk about the latest and greatest in the fitness and tech industry. I love talking to other people about their fitness and tech blogs.
As for the latest and greatest in the fitness and tech industry, this is a great question. It doesn’t seem to be tied into the current tech industry, but rather is connected to the technology industry. The latest tech industry blog was last updated on December 27, 2011.

Golds tech ridge is a site that writes about the latest and greatest fitness and tech industry news and rumors that are posted here.
There are two main companies that sell fitness and tech gear and they are the same companies that sell the same things. The tech industry is the largest and most innovative of all the industries that sell fitness gear. They make their money from selling body parts for the first time in the history of the industry. They have some pretty cool products and they have some really cool tech gear.
The tech industry is all about tech. It’s all about the fitness industry, from the first wave of fitness enthusiasts to the newer, more recent, more popular fitness gear. If you start watching the news and people are telling you that you can’t use your phone or get your computer or web browser to work, you’ll get frustrated. If you don’t use your phone or web browser, you’re pretty much screwed.
The people who are now going to the Tech House party are still pretty pissed off that they can’t get a group of techies talking about tech, because they’re basically just being polite. That’s basically because they aren’t getting a group of techies talking about tech, and they’re doing it for a living, and they’re not getting a group of techies talking about tech, and they’re not going to talk about it.
There is a slight possibility that the people who are going to Tech House today will be the people who are going to Tech House tomorrow. The Tech House party is the place where we talk about all the new things that wed love to talk about. It is where we talk about all the things we dont want to talk about, like the death of our marriage, the death of our friendship, and all the crappy things that happen to us at parties.
