I have never had a question about a product or service they have not answered with a prompt response. I have never had a problem with any of their products. In fact, I think they are the best customer service I have ever had.

The answer is no. As I mentioned before, Simrad Tech support is not available on the phone. You’ll have to wait for them to get back to you in person.

You can take advantage of it right away by calling on a Simrad Tech support phone number. If you happen to have your Simrad account activated with us, you can then ask for a Simrad Tech support number, which we will give you.
This is a big deal because it means that everyone you speak to from Simrad Tech will be able to help you. It’s amazing and gives you access to support for your Simrad account and Simrad Tech support.
