A new sleep study by Stanford University revealed a new trend that can help you figure out where your best sleeping position is. The new study concluded that a good position for sleeping is lying on your back with your feet flat on the ground, and sitting with your feet on the ground on your knees.

We should sleep on an incline. We should sleep with our back to the wall and sleep on our side. We should sleep with our back to the bed. We should sleep with our back to the bed and sleep on our side.
